| 367941 | 2005-06-29 10:17:00 | If I receive an email with pictures included (not an attachment), when I forward it the recipients cannot view the pictures. Any clues what might be causing this please? I run W XP Home - I have E-Trust Armor as antivirus and firewall, though have tried removing that and using the Grisoft freebie and that does not make any difference. TIA Bryden |

| 367942 | 2005-06-29 11:16:00 | Assuming here you are using Outlook express Click on Tools in Outlook Express then select Options. Now look for the tab for Send in the menu that appears. In the next display you need to check the box to use the HTML format for messages instead of conventional text. HTML is the code that allows one to insert material such as pictures into documents. Now click the button for HTML Settings on the same page. Select the option labeled Send Pictures with Message. The other way around your problem is to Forward the message as an Attachment from the message menu at the top. |
