My PC powers up, all the lights are on, the CD drive lights flash, and the HD light comes on, and stays on, but it doesnt boot, doesnt even show the BIOS info, the monitor actually doesnt come on (its on, but it stays in stand by mode like it's got no signal) and there is no boot up "beep" sound that you hear, so i know its not the monitor... I switch the power off, wait for 10 secs and power on again, and normally it finally works after like the 5th or 6th try... does anyone have any idea what this could be???
