| 367594 | 2005-06-28 04:30:00 | Hi, I have a problem whereby even though my hardware should be able to support this resolution it's does not. Hardware is 21 Inch Phillips Monitor (201B) and ATI 9800PRO. All other resolutions display fine even higher ones. I want to play games at 1600 X 1200 and find that the bottom and the sides of the screen are not displayed i.e are squashed. When i change to this resolution in windows it's even more bizzare, the screen is also squashed and if i push the mouse pointer to the edge of the screen it moves the screen around! I have tried different refresh rates and different drivers all to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
