| 367552 | 2005-06-27 23:31:00 | Hi, I'm running WinXP (with Service pack 2) and over the last month or two, my PC has suddenly shutdown, even though the monitor and CPU case lights are on. Nothing I type in on the keyboard has an affect, and even trying to turn it on won't work. The only thing which does work is turning it off at the wall, and turning the power back on a few minutes later. This happened four times last night. Is there a way to find out what is happening? (utility tools etc?) - is it an ominous sign of some sort of fatal problem? - help. |
