| 368227 | 2005-06-30 09:49:00 | Hi, I am using HP Officejet 5500, i want to use some Custom Paper Size about Height:3.6 inch Width: 9.55 inch When i tried to change with this custom size, its not allowing. On Custom Size Window they gave Width (3.00 - 8.50) Inch Length (5.00 - 18.00) Inch, But my Size is Height 3.6 inch, which is lower than they specified & Width is 9.55 which is higher than specified. How to resolve this? Thanks in advance Jen |

| 368228 | 2005-06-30 21:06:00 | Have you tried this Go to File, Page Setup in the application In Page Setup select "edit custom paper size" in the Paper size menu. If that does'nt do it go here. hp (h10025.www1.hp.com) hth |
