368185 2005-06-30 12:57:00 You need to keep IE for some pages such as government departments.

Which .govt sites don't work in all but IE Winnie? I've had no problem, yet, with FF.

Mozilla is pretty much dead these days - they replaced it with FireFox.

Perhaps I should have said Mozilla has evolved into Firefox.

Your statement does make for some interesting circular logic. Netscape is based on mozilla, and mozilla is based on netscape.

368190 2005-07-01 05:04:00 The Firefox search for bookmarks: Whilst in Firefox

Bookmarks/managebookmarks, you will find the search bar is the third bar down, start to type in anything you remember about the bookmark you are looking for and Firefox will find it for you at the same time you are able to zero in on what you want.

Thanks, knew it should be there somewhere.

And thanks to Wmoore also.

368191 2005-07-01 05:18:00 Surely its easier to hit the bookmark icon, which opens up the entire bookmark tree down the left hand side, with a search bar at the top....... Metla (12)

Hmmm.......Ok, fair call. Landonline login.

But otherwise having just checked, can connect to the other departments I tried. So maybe they've changed.

Westpac and BNZ still aren't interested.
