| 369167 | 2005-07-04 03:43:00 | hi - i am having trouble with msword. when i try to open a file the hourglass sits on the desktop and nothing happens . my system is me2000. if i close word using ctrl+alt+delete i get an error message - OE:O17F:BFF8E64B CAN ANYONE HELP?? I HAVE AVG ANTIVIRUS AND HAVE RUN IT TODAY WITH A CLEAR REPORT. |

| 369169 | 2005-07-04 06:09:00 | Is this Windows ME with Word 2000? You could delete the word normal.dot file then reboot and restart Word. A new normal.dot file will be created. Note that if this is the case all your tweaks to word will go bye byes. |
