| 370742 | 2005-07-09 10:59:00 | Win XP Home SP.2 I tried to run a small downloaded prog but get the error message "The application failed to initialise properly (0x0000135). Click OK...etc". A Googled search indicates that this is due to the absence of .Net Framework but what is .Net Framework please? |
