| 371381 | 2005-07-11 23:21:00 | Hi, I have a Gatewy VX700 17'' CRT monitor. When I connected it to my PC it run for few minuites and goes to the standby mode. It does not come to the operation mode till I turn it off and on again. Then, this routine is repeated in shorter intervals. This problem does not happen with my old monitor. I tried to change the power management settings in the Windows XP with no way. Does any one have a solution. Thanks |

If so there might be a BIOS setting which has accidentally been set, though if it's only this monitor which this happens to, that's unlikely. Is it a proper standby mode? If the power light flashes, that usually indicates a monitor fault. |
