| 371278 | 2005-07-11 08:10:00 | These tweaks, from the net, did not work: Type these commands from Start, Run dialog: regsvr32 themeui.dll regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll Restart Windows. Also: To resolve the problem, type these commands from Start, Run dialog: regsvr32 jscript.dll If that does not help, execute the following commands as well. regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks! |

| 371283 | 2005-07-17 02:26:00 | Speedy Gonzales: Sorry I took so long to reply. Your link helped immensely. After restoring the dll files mentioned in the MS support article, the User Accounts dialog still remained blank. I headed for the registry and found that two of the three keys mentioned in the article were missing. I was able to copy them across from another PC and voila! - the offending dialog is now functioning again. Much appreciation! |
