| 371066 | 2005-07-10 16:28:00 | ive got a wicked fast internet connection at the moment (im at my grandparents and they have adsl ;) ) whereas at home i have 56k :rolleyes: lol im wanting to upload all my digital camera pictures to somesort of photo storage on the internet, does anyone know of any good free photo storage sites that i can upload them to?. ive printed most photos out and also put them on a cd, but i just want to be extra safe and upload them to some sort of storage space :) |

| 371075 | 2005-07-11 01:43:00 | Why hasn't anyone mentioned flickr? It is probably the best online photo storage around. It also has an awesome app that uploads your photos for you very easily. Sign up (www.flickr.com) for a free account and then grab the flickr uploadr (www.flickr.com). Within 5 mins on your fast connection all your photos should be online. You can also control whos see's which photos and it has an awesome community component. Edit: Hang on, your looking for 500 MB space wise. Even though you have unlimited space at flickr, your limited to uploading 20 MB per month with free accounts (2 GB for paid subs). Ah well. |
