| 371076 | 2005-07-11 13:42:00 | hhmm i think the gmail drive (www.viksoe.dk)is the solution. plenty of storage space and simple to upload;right click then send to ->gmail drive. but there is a downside, every photo is in a seperate message, but i can accept it. im going to rename my pictures and give them a set of numbers, and then put them in a label in gmail so it is sorted and a bit in order. if i want to search for a photo i can just use googles email search function, im going to have another go at it. thanks for all the suggestions  |

| 371077 | 2005-07-11 14:28:00 | I might be a little bit too late for any more suggestion, Prescott. Have you try checking out Streamload (http://www.streamload.com) ? Under the free package, you get unlimited storage and no upload bandwidth restriction. However, you are allowed to download files no bigger than onkly 10MB and downloading no bigger than 100MB per month. Seems pretty okay to me. Have a nice holiday, Pres! (And to all the schoolchildren too!) Cheers :) |

| 371078 | 2005-07-11 15:29:00 | darn... i wish i had seen your post earlier. ive upload some of my photos to the gmail and will stop for now and have a look at this streamload. i have used streamload before.quite a few years ago,i used the free one and after about 6months it said they are stopping the free service and if i wanted to carry on using it i had to pay for it. i wasnt impressed :( so now im a bit wary of using it. i have quite a few photos to be uploaded and i only have this fast net connection for another week so i need to upload photos in the next few days.... with gmail they say that we will be getting even more storage so i think i will stay with gmail... i hope i have made the right decision :illogical thanks for the suggestion james  |

| 371079 | 2005-07-11 21:58:00 | just to add to this...maybe a bit late. have a look at http://www.imageshack.us/ There is no limit on the number of photos you can upload but each image can not be greater than 1024 kilobytes. More in the FAQ. Warrick. |
