371639 2005-07-12 21:32:00 I would like to send merged emails using Outlook 2003 and MS Word 2003 so that:

1) only selected Outlook categories are in the email data source - and no names get repeated (which seems to happen a lot, because I think perhaps certain contacts have more than one category attached to them)
2) the merged emails show up first as a series of Word pages or documents so that I can add personal notes to a number of them, before sending.

In fact, I cannot even reliably get through the steps in Outlook's view options so that just a listing of a single category is showing in the reading pane. Does anyone know these things?
