| 372688 | 2005-07-16 07:27:00 | Can someone help me with setting it up so that my two computers (connected with a cable) can have access to the internet. Both computers have xp home and are using ZA for firewall. My main computer(computer 1) is the one that connects to the internet and the kids computer (computer 2) connects to it thru a cable. They are both networked and can communicate, share files, play games etc but if i want them to both go online, i have to disable ZA on both computers. I want to use Analogx so that both computers can have ZA running. Thanks. |

| 372691 | 2005-07-16 08:09:00 | Basically you just have to setup the AnalogX (Thats the name Ive been trying to remember, they do a Port-forwarding app) Proxy Server to listen say on port 8080 Then setup ZA to allow 8080 to pass through (Easy) and add the Proxy Server into your IE/Firefox settings :) 95% of programs these days allow for proxy config so you should be fine. No need to register ZA this way :) Chill. |
