| 373100 | 2005-07-17 23:27:00 | hi all yesterday i installed a belkin wireless PC Card. last nite, when I was trying to shut down my PC, It would fully shut down, power goes off and everything, before a short delay restarting without any warning or buttons pressed. It already occasionally does this. IS there any reason for this and any way to solve it? cheers....i'm running windows XP SP2 btw. |

| 373102 | 2005-07-18 00:02:00 | Could it be wake-on LAN enabled in the BIOS? | Renmoo (66) | ||
| 373103 | 2005-07-18 00:05:00 | greg, where can i check the configuration settings as I have tried thru device manager, nothing there. meanwhile will check the wake on lan. | fatty (6649) | ||

| 373105 | 2005-07-18 00:14:00 | yea i have, it actually completely shuts down and powers off before turning itself on again . One other thing i should mention is that I can turn it off by holding the power button and then it wont restart . In bios, i haev PME Event Wake Up and Power on By Ring both enabled . . . i have disabled PME Event, but wat do these to mean? cheers |
