| 373251 | 2005-07-18 17:35:00 | I just recently installed another 128 mb of RAM in my computer. It's been working fine for the past several days but then this morning all of a sudden windows began having fatal errors and rebooting. So, I sent off the error report (first time in forever i've done that) then continued on with my daily activities... All of a sudden, Norton Antivirus had a fatal error and could not restart, then my computer froze up, restarted, and came up with the woeful blue screen of death. after a quick automatic reboot, it came up with this error: Memory Read/Write Failure at 0FF90000 Read F9160000 Expecting F916F916 Read F916916 Expecting 06060606 It then continues booting, goes to the blue screen for a second, and restarts. Does this mean my new RAM has failed already?!? if so, thanks for the help :help: :badpc: |
