| 1388380 | 2014-11-19 23:50:00 | Have a Word file that is used to print a label on a commercial Zebra Stripe SM4 printer. The image is in png format and inserts fine into Word. The left margin is set to 0mm and the image is hard on the left margin. When printed like this the image prints in colour but as soon as a space is entered to the left of the image it will only print in colour. I have tried to change the left margin to 1-5mm but again the image is black and white. Put the margin back to 0 and prints in colour. Any ideas how to move the image and still print in colour? Next step is to use the Zebra Design software and create a new label file but I'm puzzled as to why it is doing this. |

| 1388382 | 2014-11-20 09:57:00 | In made a mistake in my post. "The image is in png format and inserts fine into Word. The left margin is set to 0mm and the image is hard on the left margin. When printed like this the image prints in colour but as soon as a space is entered to the left of the image it will only print in colour -should be black & white. I have checked printer settings and is set to print background images. The image always shows as colour regardless of the position but prints in black when not on the left margin. Very strange and I'm at a loss. No issue to create in Zebra Designer but interested to find an answer to the issue. Cheers |
