1374715 2014-05-13 02:18:00 my florist is 14, how does its illegality keep it out of the hands of children? CHILDREN ARE HOW I GET IT

That sounds very creepy dude.

I see your point but....
Regulating it wont make any difference to the age of people illegally selling it .
Prostitution is now legal & regulated, but still have under age 'sellers'
Legalizing it will make it easier for yoofs to get it & abuse it. As now happens with under age yoofs & booze.

The other argument has to be, why legalize just the one drug. Legalize one, legalize them all.
The same arguments apply across the board .

yes.

treat it as a medical issue instead of a criminal issue.

you cannot regulate human nature.

1374719 2014-05-13 17:12:00 people not being able to handle themselves is a problem with any substance or situation in life.

one time i thought i had died after being introduced to a new way of smoking weed with a particularly potent strain. within 45min i had rode it out and was quite calm in my room. not long after i went on the internet and was fine.

IT WAS PRETTY **** THOUGH AT THE TIME, luckily we had an experienced sitter who's much higher tolerance and level head was able to keep the situation under control. with hindsight it has been a source of much musing.

for this experience i only inhaled twice. but it was very dense yellowish smoke from what is commonly known as either a gravitator or waterfall. (weed in a cone at the top of a water filled bottle, lit while the water is allowed to slowly drain from the bottom of the bottle. the cap is then removed and the entire contents inhaled. we packed it thick, both times.

future usage of this device used MUCH less plant material, similar to spots.

the article below discusses the pitfalls of eating too much potent edibles without knowing just how high you're going to get.

much more potent that what would be made from cab, seems the good stuff is going into the cookies these days.

lol

experiential evidence is a powerful thing. only you know what something feels like for you.
best not to deprive others of having their own experiences in life, some guidance is however much appreciated.

1374720 2014-05-13 19:28:00 The most enjoyment I ever had was in Mt Eden remand prison in the late 1990s when the airforce had to do prison guard duties to cover striking guards. I could see the clowns moaning and writhing on the floor as they had no drugs. I kept asking them why commit a crime get arrested where you will have no drugs? That shows how the **** scrambles their brains. When I asked the supervisors is it normal to feel like kicking them in the head when they are on the floor they said I was probably more suited to duties at parry jail! Never liked druggies and wish the law was changed so they could be executed like my wifes country Singapore. prefect (6291)

Is it legal now? I thought it was just decriminalised.

Prostitution is legal .

It is street hookers who are illegal, though decriminalised .

ALL HAIL THE LYNCHMOB, KILL ALL THE MINORITIES AND PEOPLE WE DONT LIKE; i hope you understand sarcasm.
ive never commited any crimes other than the act of buying weed.
no doubt you drink alcohol, that makes you a dirty druggy doesnt it. judging people because they dont live life the way you do makes you seem shallow.

oh yeah, move to singapore.

Answer me this: Are you addicted to marijuana?

im not addicted. while i like it very much i often go weeks or more between purchases, often only spending $20/50 when i do buy some.
most people who drink would spend more money more often.
remember that if it weren't for the threat of being raided by government goons i could have a row of hemp in my garden between my tomatoes and dandelions and never spend a cent.

ive seen real addiction first hand, heroin is a rather nasty thing to be addicted to, it all that matters. wake up, sort out scoring, score, get baked, sort out scoring again, score, get baked. otherwise you are in literal agony.

if i dont smoke weed i know i'd like some, but its no big deal. i can just read a book or go on the internet or some other meaningless diversion of time.

smoking half a spliff leaves me in a rather creative mood very well suited for creating art etc.

the smoking of marijuana by adults is a victim-less crime. the black-market created by politicians is anything but a victim-less crime.
