"Nav Free" is a free offline app that works without 3G and provides free voice turn/turn guidance. Having had a Navman and now I prefer my phone. If I had to buy it now I guess. But given that I bought the Navman 5yrs ago before my Smartphone I would use my Navman for the car when doing long trips - the Navman provides more read outs like 5 display info's my LG provides only 2 I think. If I were to go overseas obviously I am not going buy a GPS or GPS map just for that trip. |
