| 373311 | 2005-07-19 00:19:00 | Is it possible to say run my 17 inch monitor on gaming and run the 15 inch at the same time but display what im downloading or maybe read messages from my msn messenger? For example . I would run two monitors at once . Start off with the same screen I run age of mythology on the first monitor which is the 17 inch while running my 15inch showing maybe my emails etc? In theory yes you can but I read not long ago that it was a bit of a strain for the computer to do so with the more demanding types of games . I often have a 17" LCD and 15" CRT monitor running at the same time with different apps on each but I don't play games . With my recent project, capturing video off an analogue camera, I have had to close down most of my running apps however, to avoid dropped frames . In short, if your system can handle it you can do it . |
