374056 2005-07-22 04:08:00 My Ti4200 detected as PCI and ran like a geforce 2, until I discovered that the AGP slot (or whatever) didn't have the right drivers. (installing the correct AGP driver from VIA fixed it).

I suggest you download and install the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard.

Thanks agent 24, Did as you said, also redownloaded the drivers for the display, and reinstalled them two . Problem solved, :) The chipset drivers were 3 years old, Thanks for all the other replys :thumbs: . Another Question if you no the answer, Does playing a dvd on your computer and watching it on your tv STRESS out the video card too much??

I don't see why using TV-Out would stress the card, after all it is designed to be used for that purpose .
