those can be removed.

BUT be warned that may break your net connection. you may need the winsock fix if it does break.

i would run the usuall anti spyware progs and another antivirus. see the spyware faq fpr more info.

after you get it all cleaned out install a better antivirus, firewall nad spyware protection.
