377063 2005-07-31 08:32:00 In this one game I'm playing, I get an "Access Violation at address 0x838396" ever so often and then the game reverts back to Windows. Win Xp, Pentium 4, 1700mhz, 400 mb ram

Any ideas please?

Have you checked the makers site for an FAQ. To see if its a known prob with this game?

377068 2005-07-31 08:50:00 Click on the game's exe file/properties/compatibility tab. Select 95 or 98 or other. Speedy Gonzales (78)
377069 2005-07-31 09:02:00 Don't even get into game on Win 95/98/NT - get the error box where you can send the error code to Microsoft.

377070 2005-07-31 09:05:00 Must be too old then to run on XP. Not much u can do about it. Speedy Gonzales (78)
377071 2005-07-31 09:13:00 "CHAMPIONSHIP BASS was written to operate under Windows 95 and Windows
98 and does not support Windows NT. If you attempt to install the
game on a Windows NT system, the installation will fail."

You're right my dear Speedy - thanks for that
