377035 2005-07-31 06:28:00 Every time I restart or shut down and then reopen I get this message, what is it and what do I do about it, I have a newish xp version computer about a year old with all bells and whistles.

Its also in some cases an indication that your PC is infected with adware or spyware, but not always.

Insufficient memory to run this application, quit one or more windows applications and then try again, I have spy bot search and destroy and have run this thru with three results, but none that have made a difference to the problem.
