| 377808 | 2005-08-03 07:31:00 | i have discovered when i close my Windows Media Player10, it still plays for about 20seconds or so, then when i go to "ctrl alt delete" i kill the process but it returns straight away. now i am unable to kill it's process at all. | 377810 | 2005-08-03 14:42:00 | If it is the genuine wmplayer.exe, then the problem may be caused by explorer crashing while it is open. I find that if explorer terminates while wmplayer is open, when i close wmplayer it keeps running in the background. However it can easily be killed from the task manager, so your problem must be on a bigger scale. Running a hijack this scan is a very good idea though. | roddy_boy (4115) | ||
