377799 2005-08-04 05:23:00 Hi Cicero. Apologies for the expression "Quick Greetings Card 101". Its an expression hung over from my long ago education, where anything new was 101. History 101, English 101, etc. There is no Greetings Card 101 - I was referring to the note I was about to type, and did type.
Start again? Blank page. Take a blank page out of the printer and fold it in half horizontally. Then fold it again vertically. You have a card with four accessible pages. Mark them as one - front, two - inside left, 3- inside right and 4- back. Open the page flat again. Give you the general idea.
In Word, visualise the blank page as having four sections. The top two, when folded, will be pages 1 and 4, or front and back. The bottom two will be pages 3 and 4.
Using WordArt on page 1 and 4 gives the options of neat layout and neat fonts. It is also the only way that native Word will allow you to rotate the text 180 degrees so that when you fold the page, the text on the front and back pages are the right way up. Just need to select the WordArt entry, make sure that its Text Wrap is the Square option using the Picture Toolbar, this gives you a little green handle that enables you to rotate the text. Sounds a lot more complicated than it is. My pleasure. And I agree about Metla. I probably get more laughs from his posts than most others put together. And helpful advice.

377801 2005-08-04 06:16:00 Hi again C. No problems I enjoy using the systems without fully understanding the nuts and bolts. Just read my last post and it has an error right in the middle.....

Should read.... The top two, when folded, will be pages 1 and 4, or front and back. The bottom two will be pages 2 and 3, the inside left and right. :p
