Dude - how do you know I haven't?I dont but you say "...I don't think MS..." and "...PS - I heard Microsoft are..." which sounds like you haven got off your bum to do anything yet.

You seem particularly adept at sitting in your chair, in the safety of wherever you offer your "advice" from, and needling. What's the pay-off for you?Just having a laugh kicking a man when he's down.

378667 2005-08-08 04:22:00 phylip, if $100 means so little to you why don't you send Braindead the refund? Who cares how many trades someone has if he's selling software with a key that can't be used. PaulD (232)
378668 2005-08-08 04:26:00 assuming that the os is no longer installed on a pc the buyer should be able to ring microsoft and simply tell them a little 'lie' and say 'well my system blew up and i've replaced the motherboard and had to rebuild so that's why i want to reactivate' they'll most likely let that one by........ drcspy (146)
378669 2005-08-08 04:30:00 I now see you actually got the COA with the CD
Why would you have to "find" a new key from the net if you already have it
Have you tried to avtivate it yet?

While it's not entirely legal, if you have the CD & COA and it activates ok, I'd cut my losses, keep quiet and enjoy your new OS
