378359	2005-08-05 22:27:00	I've always found the Ricoh brand very good and havent had a coaster yet with them. But when using some of the cheaper brands I started to get a few duds. I suppose it depends what make of optical writer you have, some brands like this media and some brands like that media. But generally you cant go wrong with the more well known brands. Currently using "Excel" (little bit cheaper than Ricoh), and havent had a dud yet. As with everything it pays to shop around a little, as there seems to be quite a difference in price for the same stock at different shops. When trying a new brand I just get few and test them first. (Dont buy a 100 pack spindle of an unknown brand straight off). Everyone will have different experiences with different brands. Try a few untill you find a reliable brand that suits you.
