Anbody having trouble opening the August Disc ex PC World magazine. My one does not open automatically and when I follow the instructions to click on RUN and access the index.htm file all I get is a list of files dating back years and no apparent access to the programmes. :( |

This has happened to me sometimes. Can't recall what worked in last instance but try things like right click on yr CD drive and Open. Not much help but yes has happened to me and I kept fiddling around and finally got it going. Isn't it "index.html"? I mean with and "l" on the end. Anyway, keep trying, Don't get PCWorl anymore though a great mag just too exp. for low income person. |

Hi Heaton. Mine opens automatically and all files appear to open normally. ;) |

I has some trouble too, but found out it was the file associations. Heers the thread.
