A friend of mine is having trouble with her computer, when ever she tries to open the control panel, it sas she does not have permisson to access the control panel. problem is, it is the main login account as administrator account. is there a way to reset it to allow her to use the control panel again without re-installing the OS on the laptop (hers is a dell, mine is an HP) already tried microsoft.com for help and system help for an answer. only option not tried is email MS support. if there is a link for the steps, please post, thanks in advance. |
