2014-12-08 00:09:00 | Nothing wrong with the Samung's. I've got one in the other build here. Havent tried the others. Altho I may try the MX100 one day | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2014-12-08 00:38:00 | I have a Samsung and 2 crucial drives. Very happy with all of them. The Crucial MX100 range is very good for the price. I think most people would fail to notice a difference between any of the name brands in daily use, it really comes down to reputation and warranty more than performance in my opinion.

I tend to agree with you on this which is why I am asking here and not reading reviews :) |

2014-12-08 01:27:00 | Intel, Sandisk, AData, Crucial, Samsung, no issues with any of those brands. Intel is always first preference. | wratterus (105) | |
2014-12-08 01:40:00 | Dont know if the Intel 520 / 530 probs have been fixed yet. But on the Intel forum people were having probs with both of these disappearing after reboots. Because of firmware issues | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2014-12-08 02:25:00 | Kind of depends on your priorities. I would go Intel or Samsung for reliability with performance. Corsair are pretty good, too. Crucial and OCZ both make very fast drives, but OCZ in particular have had some reliability issues. Kingston drives seem very good quality, but underwhelming in the performance department. Haven't played with the Seagate, WD, or GSkill SSDs enough to have an opinion yet. | inphinity (7274) | |
2014-12-08 03:07:00 | OCZ had reliability issues with their Agility 3 series. That's long fixed. Any and all will outlast normal PC life, tenfold... | Chilling_Silence (9) | |
2014-12-08 03:32:00 | It is my C:/ drive so reliability is a must but I want blisteringly fast too. Cheap would be nice, maybe in the Jan sales.
