| 1376741 | 2014-06-08 02:21:00 | This is just a query as I've resolved the issue... I was trying to hack a system file in my PC and when trying to save the changes I got the message Access Denied. Grr I hate when my own computer tries to tell me what I can or can't do. I since found step-by-step instructions, but man what a rigmarole! So instead I downloaded and ran an app called TakeOwnership, which allows me to literally take ownership of any file or folder with a right-click option. So I have to wonder how come I can't, with full admin rights, automatically have ownership? |
