| 1376671 | 2014-06-07 02:25:00 | With the Live Monty Python concerts getting close I still wonder why the Dead Parrot sketch is funny. I loved them when they were on tv, and bought their books and videos. But what is funny about the dead Parrot sketch ? |

| 1376675 | 2014-06-07 03:38:00 | I think part of what made their stuff funny was the way they presented it/said it. You can't really analyse humour, if you do, it's not funny anymore. Loved the parrot.....and assorted other bits they did. I had a Monty Python game on the Amiga - the Spam gamelet was ridiculous but fun. |
