1376301 2014-06-02 04:16:00 Ok you experts - have a couple of Apple TVs (have had for about 3 years) and worked fine connecting to iTunes on a W7 PC but now no way can now get them to connect - ok had updated iTunes to 11.2.2.2. Rebooted PC, router, Apple TVs and still no joy. Have not changed anything and do not run any AV (now don't get excited about that!).
So booted up iTunes on another W 7 PC and bingo works just fine.
Is this an Apple or PC prob?
Anyone any suggestions?!
Thanks.

1376306 2014-06-02 06:56:00 So booted up iTunes on another W 7 PC and bingo works just fine Ignoring the Obvious ( different PC) What is different software wise between the two, the one that does and the one that doesn't work. This could be updates ( to windows) Updates to any other programs, and of course the difference versions of iTunes, maybe different cables ?

You could try running system restore back to before the problem began ( as a test), of course you would have to find a older version of Itunes as well.

1376307 2014-06-02 10:18:00 A quick test would be to disable the firewall on the machines that aren't working and try again. CYaBro (73)

Both PC's run W7 and the second one (only runs my weather station) that fired up iTunes on has v 11.1.5.5! Good idea about the restore and will try that when get a chance.
My thinking is that it is the iTunes update that is causing the problem as have posted on the Apple site and no reply from the experts and others have the same issue.
Thanks for your input - and not growling about no AV! In 32 years of computing have only got a virus once and that was 15 years ago via an internal email from our US office.
