If its Windows XP, go to control panel- system - advanced - Startup and Recovery - Settings button - untick "Automatically restart..." and OK Then it should blue screen error instead with a message. Write it down -carefully- and post it back here. Exact spelling is essential. But you really need to give as much information as possible when you post to get any reasonable help quality. |

Please post back with details on what is exactly happening, when it happens and what operating system you are using. Also whether you have checked for viruses and if your operating system is fully up to date with patches from Microsoft. :) |
