| 380456 | 2005-08-12 06:21:00 | Printers about 6 years old. It has a flashing LED with a icon that looks like a peice of paper and a arrow going down from it. When i try to print it says print error in the spooler and ive tried several ink cartriges. any ideas folkz? james. :confused: |

| 380458 | 2005-08-12 20:18:00 | Try Jens suggestions Then restart your pc and printer ( I think by now that may have been done any how) If that fails try relaoading your print driver after first uninstalling. Spooler is related to the driver not to print cartridges Another thing you may want to check for is a paper jam. Even a little fragment of paper any where within the printer ( and is detected by the printer sensors) may produce the same error message. |
