| 380368 | 2005-08-11 23:55:00 | Hi, For some time when I receive say a picture in a forwarded cartoon or in a forwarded e mail , I can only see a red X in each and all of the pictures sent, in that e mail. Conversely, when I forward an e mail to xtra for spamblocking, again I get "cannot forward pictures" etc- this does not matter in terms of blocking spam as long as Xtra get the offending address etc,so I carry on and send anyway. Of late I need to see what the red X marked picture is- what program have I not got and/or what setting have I left out in my O S. I have chided many of the senders for NOT including these pictures, and get no improvement--is it my setting at fault I use XP ( with all auto updates in place) have a 500Mhz CPU and about 11 gb h/d space free, I have photoshop, Adobe, windows Media Player effie c |

| 380370 | 2005-08-12 01:14:00 | Hi-- thank you S G -so it would appear I cannot get from the sender to me- the pictures unless they too tick those boxes- how do I tell them so it sinks in- or am I doomed to get no pictures, when they will NOT learn :angry Anyway I have printed off that website and will see what I can do :D effie c |
