| 380934 | 2005-08-14 10:58:00 | Hi, just a small problem which would probably be an easy fix I don't know of When I'm typing in MS Word XP, and say I type "I am going..." then realise I want it "I'm going..." so I highlight the space + "am" then type 'm -normally this fixes it, but now it comes up as "I'm am going" inseting the 'm at the start of where I've highlighted the text. Then if I type something and wish to delete it, I normally just highlight and press " <- Back Space ", but now if I do this, the cursor blinking just moves itself to the start of where I've highlighted. How do I fix this? Thanks, Edit: The delete button still works as normal, just the back space I'm having problems with. |

You should see down the bottom of the window it change from INS to OVR (?) [edit] Hmm ... not sure how that affects your backspace - you added that part to your post after I made this. |
