380803 2005-08-13 22:35:00 I never use these programs but they sit on my C:drive. Can one delete them and if so, any tips (where moving them can cause damage)?

Netmeeting
Moviemaker
Frontpage

380804 2005-08-13 22:38:00 Go into Control Panel's Add/remove programs> Windows components and remove them from there.

Edit: Hmm.... they don't appear to be listed in that location on my WinXP machine as on older Windows versions.

Either way, it is safe to remove them.

380806 2005-08-13 22:51:00 There is a script to remove netmeeting here

. kellys-korner-xp . com/xp_tweaks . htm" target="_blank">www . kellys-korner-xp . com #14

Only thing is XP has file protection, and even tho this may remove it, XP may reinstall the files .

I dont think you can remove Moviemaker as it is/was part of XP .

Well you could try deleting the folder, and use ccleaner to remove the registry entries . BUT whether u have probs after, is another matter .
