| 382616 | 2005-08-21 01:08:00 | Got a queer one here. The daughter hasn’t been able to update her AVG for over a week. She keeps getting the following message: Update server is too busy. There are too many pending update requests at the moment and the server can’t fulfil them all. Ok, she’s tried various time of the day and night same result. She’s in Hamilton and on Actrix but she was visiting us in Mount Maunganui so she brought the computer with her. Sure enough, same problem, so I installed my Clear connection and went straight through and updated no problem. I then removed and reinstated her Actrix connection but to no avail, same message. So, got hold of the Actrix tech but he was unable to help. Anyone with any ideas out there. Oh, WinME – Explorer browser – No firewall. Browser and E-Mail work fine?? :help: |
