There must be an arrangement as to "consideration"....i.e. money, goods or services in exchange. Only then is a contract in existence and legally enforcible. You don't appear to have agreed with optusnet to use and pay for their service and therefore you ought to be able to deny liability till the cows come home. our resident legal wizard - Winston001 might like to comment on this advice. brig |
