| 383628 | 2005-08-25 07:36:00 | Hi all, I just changed my PDA phone and did a sync. For some reasons it messed up all my previous file as defaults and all my 700 contacts has been changed to Last name, First name as a default! I had actually manually changed all some time ago when to a First name, Last name, (Company) by typing it in each file as box manually. I really hope that i do not have to go through that again. Hopefully someone can point me to a way or a utility that is able to change all file as option to make first name, last name, company as a default. This option is not available as a default in outlook 2003 which i am using. Is there a way to make this as a default? Also The company name is usually rather long and in a phone book i rather just see the first word of the company. That was the main reason i decided to change all my file as manually as there did not seem to be a way outlook could even do it if it had my default option as a available option to me.
