| 384406 | 2005-08-29 01:19:00 | I installed pixmantec's rawshooter essentials 1.1.3.0 on my PC with no problems. I registered the product on line. About two minutes later, while I had the program open, but had not loaded any image files, a big power surge crashed my PC. After restarting, I found that all the program files were intact, but that rawshooter wouldn't launch from the desktop, program list or by double-clicking the .exe file. I uninstalled the software using XP's remove software, reinstalled it and got the same result. Since then, I have gone back to an earlier restore point and tried again, but same deal. I cannot find any files listed in the install log still on my system. I am running a Pentium 4 2.3Gig with XP Home. Auto update for XP is on. What can I do? |
