| 383900 | 2005-08-26 14:33:00 | Hello, I having troulbe opening outlook express. All at once I double click on an attachment and nothing happens. I made sure that I had unchecked "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" in options-->Sucurity. This has been unchecked since I installed outlook express way back whenever. I'm running Windows 2000 with outlook express 6. Anybody have any ideas?? |

| 383901 | 2005-08-26 14:50:00 | Is it just one attachment you cannot open?? Or all emails with attachments?? Not 100% sure by your post you even have outlook express open. Check the FAQ (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)'s for instructions on how to scan your computer for virus and spyware. |

| 383902 | 2005-08-26 16:16:00 | I guess I didn't explain very good. Yes I have outlook express open. I double click on an email and it will open. If that email also has an attachment then I double click on the attachment and nothing happens. It is with all emails. Even ones that are in my deleted file that use to open but now they won't either. I update norton anti-virus and three different spyware programs every week to keep my computer clean.
