| 384622 | 2005-08-30 05:52:00 | My home PC connected by LAN to my ADSL router/modem disconnects me from my VPN link to my work after 2 minutes. I can re-connect again immediately. My laptop on the same network (using LAN) can connect and stay connected via this VPN with no problem. The router is new. If I install the old router, the PC can use the VPN with no problems (as can the laptop). The reason I have a new router is to have wireless connectivity for a laptop. Note all of the above is an issue with VPN only, normal internet use is fine. The PC and Laptop both run XP Prof. Thanks |

| 384623 | 2005-08-30 21:25:00 | Hey welcome to PressF1! Are you trying to use the VPN on both computer & laptop at the same time? I think most ADSL routers can only handle one VPN connection through them at a time. Is it exactly 2 mins every time? |
