| 385324 | 2005-09-02 01:56:00 | Last weekend I installed a Leadtek TV2000XP Expert, TV Tuner/Video Capture Card in my computer. And thanks to your help I can now capture video successfully! The problem this week is editing the captured video in the software that came with the card - Ulead MovieFactory 3 SE. I can trim the video (at both ends) but I CANNOT take out problem frames in the middle. I have sat with printouts of the Help section (relevant to the problem I think) - multitrimming - tried every possibility I can think of, but no success yet! I have tried in Nero (the shortened version that came with my DVD burner, a Liteon one) - also no success... I feel I must be missing something pretty basic.. ? suggestions? :badpc: Cheers R.M. |

| 385325 | 2005-09-02 02:03:00 | Did you get Ulead Video studio as well as Movie Factory?. I did when i brought my one. You will be able to do it in video studio. If you didnt, you may want to download Virtual dub (freeware) and do it in there? |

| 385328 | 2005-09-02 09:07:00 | OK - I'm particularly dumb, but I CAN'T get rid of the glitchy half dozen frames in this video, not in MovieFactory, not in Nerovision or in Video Studio either. (Sighs in extreme frustration!) :angry I'm going to bed now - will try tomorrow when I'm more awake. |

| 385329 | 2005-09-02 09:22:00 | When I go into Nerovision Help, I find this: "You cannot edit videos or create your own movies with NeroVision Express 2 SE. In NeroVision Express 2 you can perform two types of video editing. You can trim video titles, which involves cutting out unwanted video footage at the beginning and/or end of the video title, and you can add chapter marks." - so I wonder if this where my problems all arise? As I said at the beginning, I can trim the video at either end, but not take frames out of the middle. |

| 385330 | 2005-09-02 09:26:00 | Sounds like u need the full not the SE version of Nerovision . I would also get Nerovision 3 . Hopefully u have Nero 6 . Otherwise it maybe a demo . . . If u get Nerovision 3 . |

| 385333 | 2005-09-04 09:55:00 | Just reporting back - we have success! I have now managed to edit in MovieFactory. My mistake was in trying to review my efforts in editing before burning! By going straight to burn it all works - the trimming at the beginning and end, and the minor editing in the middle. In the process I have upgraded to Nero 6 (full version) - made no difference, I think, but never mind... Thanks to all. On to my next project! :thumbs: |
