| 385316 | 2005-09-01 21:12:00 | I have a laptop with SurfSideKick 3. Windows XP Home. I have done all the standard removals, but everytime the computer connects to the internet, it gets reinfected or re-activated. I have AVG, NAV05, MS Anti-Spyware, Adaware. I have run all of them in safe mode, with system restore off. Still gets re-reinfected or re-activated when going on the internet. (One other thing, don't know if it is related, but Service Pack 2 won't install. I have tried from the Windows Update download & also from a cd, both cases failed.) Any suggestions?
