| 385113 | 2005-09-01 05:14:00 | Hello, I am having a major problem with Outlook 2003 (part of MS Office 2003)When I click new mail or reply to an email or forward an email - it freezes and a box comes up saying "starting MS office word 2003 as your email editor" and that's it - it freezes or hangs. I have reinstalled this programme and also have repaired it. Nothing is working. I have to Ctrl, Alt and delete to shut down the Outlook but I need to get the email working again. I would appreciate any suggestions in getting this to work properly. Thanks. |

| 385114 | 2005-09-01 05:23:00 | A quick fix would be to disable Word as your email editor. Go to Tools - Options - Mail Format tab and untick the option. |
