| 1390569 | 2014-12-18 21:21:00 | Hi all, Many moons ago I had a back up of my contacts saved to an external H/D, and a memory stick, etc,-- and have utilized this safety service thankfully Now all the contacts in each back up I saved to, have gone, and I do not seem to be able to re- back up that address book. What am I doing wrong? No point/icon, showing the ability to back up this is showing Perhaps modern computers do not need this? Effie c |

Just make sure when you get to the list with Names etc, you check that the persons Name and email are actually ticked. | wainuitech (129) | ||

Thank you W T., et al, I saw that in my searching but was vary wary of the lack of a specific tile "contacts back up" and the thing I would have missed is the ticked address Effie c |
