ok it started for no reason and i cant figure out what the problem is.my bios boot screen has blue weird lines everywhere at startup.but the second boot screen dosnt have any lines.then the windows xp loading screen had the blue lines everywhere.and behind every desktop icon theres weird black lines(and behind whereevere mouse goes.but the computer has normal speeds and everything works smoothly.!!!!!!!!exept games have lines everywhere and i cant see.the computer just did this one day out of clear blue after playign battlefield 2.i tried installing latest drives and everytime i install a catylist driver the computer dosnt even load the explorer before everything just goes blank. |

a video card can just die like that?
cause it does get worser and worser over time |

Is your video controller on the motherboard, sharing main memory? If so, it might be a bad area of memory. You could try a memory tester. |

its whenever i install a ati driver it messes up realy bad but.and isnt itr kinda weird that just 1 day it dont work anymore?if that helps it just stopeed working one day |

roll the drivers back to xp's default ati driver and see if that makes any difference |
